Abstract

The code and justice statement provide a strong framework within which the nurse can ethically way make decisions and discharge their responsibilities to the public, to other members of the health team and to profession. The nurse is legally responsible for her own action. Nurses individuals can make their own decisions, if moral, are based on ethical rules and regulation then it can be enforced only by the nurse’s conscience. Considering the growing activities in the field of medical and healthcare ethics in order to address the needs and help to fulfill the goals and objectives, the National code of ethics for nurses was prepared under supervision of the Ministry of health and Medical education. Nursing provides care in accordance with set of standards of practice. Truthfully in all situations promoting the healthy practices and discouraging harmful practices.
