Internet primarily based on TCP/IP is now confronted with the hassle of scalability, safety, control and energy intake, whilst the patch to internet doesn’t clear up the downside of IP community essentially, which similarly intensifies the complexity of the community. in this paper, based at the research of ATTN community, an adaptive adjustment mechanism is proposed aiming on the problem of facts retention and low useful resource utilization rate in the computerized configuration of the carriages. in which by using the forecast of facts retention and resource usage, the service routes are dynamically adjusted. finally, the scheme is further optimized, and tested on ATTN simulation platform, which suggests the performance of ATTN community is advanced.
