The number of traffic accidents has increased as the population has grown. Driving while being sleepy may result in dangerous car accidents. On the other hand, when travelling alone on a highway or for a lengthy period of time, drivers are more likely to become bored and feel drowsy, or even to nod off. According to research, 20% of car accidents are the result of drowsy driving. Drowsiness is a severe issue for the driver and other road users. Nowadays most of the products of driver anti-sleep detection sold in the market are simply earphone making intermittent noises, which is quite annoying and inefficient. The objective of this research is to create a system that can recognize driver drowsiness and issue appropriate alarms. In order to properly satisfy this need, we came up with the concept to create a driver anti-sleep alert system. As a result, there is a big market for low-cost, effective driver sleep detection. In this study, we present a driver sleep detection and warning system using an eye blink sensor, Arduino Nano, Arduino Uno, RF transmitter, RF receiver, buzzer, and motor wheel. When a driver is becoming asleep or dozing off, the device detects it and emits an alarm to wake them up. The system also gently stops the vehicle to prevent accidents caused by drowsy driving.
