Abstract
One of the technologies used in the manufacturing sector is the pick-and-place robot, which was created to carry out pick-and-place tasks. The system is crucial to removing human mistakes and obtaining more accurate work. Additionally, it can save costs over time and assist in the completion of activities that are impossible to do, such as those that require working in confined spaces or the presence of extreme heat. This paper presents a basic robot arm development to control all of the robot movement a Bluetooth-controlled mobile app is used. The present robot has 5 DOF. To pick up and transfer the object from base A to base B, the arm will travel horizontally. Only the objects that fit their parameters (between 10g and 50g) are picked up by this robot and placed. The benefits of these robots are that the construction cost is very low as FDM 3D printing was used for printing the robot.
