Andriod APP for Quick Access of Blood Bank

Abstract

As we know people face many difficulties to get blood in emergency cases and lose their lives
due to lack of blood. To overcome this problem we proposed one system which will automate
the blood banks, hospitals and connects the blood donors, patients. Our project aims to save
lives of people by providing easy access to blood banks, hospitals and blood donors. Using
android application people can place a request for blood and also if anyone willing to donate
blood can register himself/herself as donor. In case of emergency we can quickly place a
request for blood by sending a single SMS and within a short time you can find the
availability of blood through blood bank or hospitals. To use this system one should have
android phone with application installed within it. Using GSM technology blood requirement
can be fulfilled in less time.
