The purpose of the system is to design and develop technique in making efficient Logical based selection criteria with added features and further support to develop Remote Controller to select input value with provision of selection lines. Basic purposes and assumptions regarding the design and development of this system as well as a description of its operation have been presented.
2019-12-10T00:00:00+0530 Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Mechanical Robotics (e-ISSN: 2582-2187) https://matjournals.co.in/index.php/JoMR/article/view/3704 Study the Leg Mechanism of a Four Legged Field Robot 2023-07-20T16:23:13+0530 Mohammad Harun-Or-Rashid harun_edu@yahoo.com Mostafijur Rahman harun_edu@yahoo.com Sabrina Rashid harun_edu@yahoo.com
Leg mechanism, leg and body motion control are the major issues of a four legged field robot. Therefore, leg making process and motion control of a four legged robot are discussed in this paper. During making a four legged field robot many difficulties are faced. This paper also focused on the difficulties to build the robot. In 20th century, many mathematical methods are introduced for smooth control of linear as well as nonlinear motion of dynamic system. Sensor, actuator and control algorithm are commonly used to build up field, aerial as well as under water robot. Among different types of field robots wheeled robots are commonly built because compare to aerial and under water robot these are easier to control. On the other hand, there are various limitations of wheeled robot such as move on stairs and rough topography. Therefore, to overcome these problems, in the present study, a four legged robot is developed. During development of a four legged robot many difficulties are arisen such as proper electric motor selection, leg mechanism and motion control as well as synchronization of movement of four legs for steady motion of the robot.
2019-10-22T00:00:00+0530 Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Mechanical Robotics (e-ISSN: 2582-2187) https://matjournals.co.in/index.php/JoMR/article/view/3707 Study of Ergonomics in Textile Industry 2023-07-20T16:39:54+0530 Nemailal Tarafder tarafdern.14@gmail.com
Work is done by man or machine. Ergonomics is the system under which fatigue and safety is analysed. Productivity is a term directly associated with man, machine, material, money and management (5M’s). The role of ergonomics in the textile industry is to improve productivity. Research shows that though many studies, improvements in the work stations and focus on the current conditions of the survey of workers is possible. In apparel industry, in sewing activities such as manufacturing garments workers are involved in the musculoskeletal disorders. Bad ergonomics leading to workers health problems and suggest interventions for developing ergonomics in work stations and equipment in accordance with OSHA standards. In Zimbebwa, expansion of the cotton industry has made it necessary to carry out health hazards evaluations with special focus on the ergonomic problems associated with cotton processing in the cotton spinning industry. The use of methods that analyse work conditions enables the measurement of levels of exposure to ergonomic risk factors. A large number of women workers are involved in the cotton spinning mills and perform squatting posture in traditional work place. Ergonomics is the art in which are both the techno-scientific knowledge and the worker’s knowledge about their work station.
2019-12-28T00:00:00+0530 Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Mechanical Robotics (e-ISSN: 2582-2187) https://matjournals.co.in/index.php/JoMR/article/view/3705 A Review on Electromagnetic Embossing Machine 2023-07-20T16:31:49+0530 Gaurav Patil gauravpatil987654321@gmail.com Deepak Khare gauravpatil987654321@gmail.com Prajakta Mali gauravpatil987654321@gmail.com
Conventionally in many manufacturing industries embossing operation is carried out manually using jig and fixture. Embossing is carried out by mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic machine. These machines are costlier for manufacturing, installation, maintenance and running cost is also high. An electromagnetic embossing machine proves itself better against this machine. We are proposing embossing machine with electromagnetic coil wound around a metal core to generate a forces. Aim of this work is to develop machine which helps to reduce the human efforts. This machine will fulfill the basic needs of the industries with minimum cost, easy installation, and safety for operator with increased accuracy.
2019-11-25T00:00:00+0530 Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Mechanical Robotics (e-ISSN: 2582-2187) https://matjournals.co.in/index.php/JoMR/article/view/3703 Textiles in Sportswear, Sports Goods and Sports Equipment-A Discussion 2023-07-20T16:16:28+0530 Nemailal Tarafder tarafdern.14@gmail.com
To perform high function and comfort are the essential requirements in modern sportswear. The performance requirement of the sports textiles to-day demand fabrics which have widely varying properties. Sports textiles are basically preferred with light weight and safety characteristics, which have substituted the other available materials. Smart textiles with high level functionalities have proven quality of performance in sports activities. To-day sports wears can sense high impact stresses on players’ joints and also heart rate, temperature and other physiological data during performance activities. Sport tech comprises of technical textiles used in sports and leisure, which are broadly of three categories. The sports textiles include specialist apparel for specific sports each with its own particularity in junctions. Knitted, woven and non-woven type fabrics are used in sports textiles. Researchers are involved to develop functional active fabrics to produce sports textiles.
2019-09-25T00:00:00+0530 Copyright (c) 2019 Journal of Mechanical Robotics (e-ISSN: 2582-2187)
