The Employability and Sex: Identifying Sexual Behaviour among Long-Distance Employees

Abstract

Sexual desire is a common feeling and wherever people live they make an attempt to satisfy their inner satisfaction in their sexual life. This is a descriptive study of the sexual behavior of Long Distance (LD) employees which affects the Social, Cultural, and economic well-being of a country. Primary data from hundreds and ten Government and Private sector LD employees are considered for sample. To draw the sample Convenience simple method which is discussed under nonprobability sampling was used. The telephone conversation method was used to gather primary data and a structured questionnaire was used as a data-gathering tool. To analyze the data Descriptive Statistics and Chi-square, Content, and pattern-matching techniques were used. Analyzed data revealed that unmarried and married LD employees have a trend to engage in sexual intercourse with commercial sex workers as well as other sex partners. Unmarried LD employees have a trend to engage in intercourse before their marriage. Many LD employees engaged in homosexual activities to get financial and other monetary help. There is a significant percentage of usage of Spa services by both married and unmarried LD employees in both the Private and government sector. Also, the usage of psychoactive substances before sex is practised by all respondents and it is essential to the practice of homosexual activities. Also, it highlighted that only the employee sector (Government and private sector) has a significant difference in which sexual intercourse high is stressed that these categorical variables are not equally distributed.
