Abstract

Worldwide almost around one million people contract STI every day according to WHO. 376 million new cases acquire STI globally and these infections are one among those four infections which are curable. Most of the times people are not even aware that they are infected thus causing considerable impact on sexual and reproductive health. These complications can be prevented by safe sex practices such as using barrier methods during sexual activity, getting immunized against those infections for which vaccine is available.
