Parametric Optimization of Weld Strength of Electric Arc Welding (EAW) welding by using Analysis of Variance, Taguchi
Abstract
The objective of arc welding is designing parameters of electric arc welding to assume a basic manufacturing process component or assemblies and no leak to Occam during the process. Welding economic research has to develop reliable machinery data to ensure analysis design to archive the welded product as a great strength and welding quality. Some of them are selected impotent welding parameters like an arc voltage, welding current, diameter of the rod, and diameter electrode size of developed and analysis welding input parameter. This research is an analysis of greater weld strength in electric arc welding. Finally, we derived a UTS result for breaking load and UTS value with the help of MINITAB soft wear. After this work comparative analysis of results from three welding parameters are different levels and fixed (L9, = 3A3) and orthogonal arrays experiments are conducted and the result is obtained. This work indicates the double V groove joint. To can be produced in a few specific operating conductions in ANOVA estimated value of universal tensile strength test of carbon percentage (C- 14%) of special material and hard materials strength.
