This study is investigating and fabrication of the hybrid natural fiber (Agave Americana hybrid) composites. Composites are made without and with various types of crystals with epoxy resin. The natural fiber was alkali treated with NaOH solution for 8 hours and which improves the surface finish and adds strength to fiber. The main aim of this study is to determine the mechanical characteristics such as Tensile strength, Compressive strength, and flexural strength and Impact strength of composites. The composite materials replace traditional materials like metals because of their superior properties of high tensile strength, low thermal expansion, high strength of embedded fibers. Fabrication of fiber-reinforced polymers is relatively low cost. The composites were then tested as per ASTM International standard. The results indicated that adding various types of crystal in the composite will increase the stiffness of the composites.
