Abstract

In today competitive world needs faster rate production of food products. In India food industry owners are facing the labor shortage. Conventional method of producing chips is followed i.e. using separate machinery for each slicing, peeling, drying operation. It takes more and more time for completion of each individual task. Then we are focused on this factor and decides to design Multipurpose potato conditioner, to reduce worker effort and to increasing production. For this we are using belt drive mechanism for transformation speed from one shaft to another. This carried out one by one sequentially operations. They work on the principle of centrifugal force.
