Abstract

Couriers are distinguished from ordinary mail services by features such as speed, security, tracking, signature, specialization and individualization of services, and committed delivery times, which are optional for most everyday mail services. Random sampling technique is used for collecting questionnaire from 250 respondents in Coimbatore district. ANOVA and t-Test is used for analysis. This study mainly focuses on customers opinion and satisfaction level on courier service providers.
