A Study on Consumer Behavior in Selecting Smart Phones

Buying a smartphone today, requires several factors like features, price range, quality, performance, storage capacity, model, size etc. Smart phones have taken a role of internal part of living. Technological growth has induced the usage of smart phones to a greater level. More competition has in mobile manufacturing companies started to produce more featured smart phones. Nowadays, smart phones being integral part of human life, this study seeks to know more about the factors that underlying a person’s decision in buying a smartphone. So a study has been made on this topic “A study on consumer behavior in selecting Smart phones”. Statistical tools like ANOVA, Chi Square, and Rank analysis has been used. It is concluded that the need for smart phones has been increased and customers are more focused on features of smart phones.
