Breast Feeding: Should Be Exclusive

Abstract

The baby feed only breast milk up to 6 months and there is no side food or even water termed as exclusive breast feeding. Colostrum is the primary milk a pregnant woman produces from middle of the pregnancy and after the delivery too. Colostrum contains immunoglobulin which will help a baby from many diseases. Breast milk composed of many useful nutrients as well in an equal proportion which help in growth and development of baby. Breast feeding to a baby not only help baby but also to the mother. WHO recommended that exclusive breast feeding is necessary to protect baby as well as mother.
