Abstract

Robotic arms are very familiar for various robotic applications specifically in modern automation industries. Simulation and Modeling of the arm robots could be attained by one or the other of the succeeding representations like the analysis of the dynamic or kinematic model, and the analysis of geometrical model like orientation, positions, etc. In this paper, a 3DOF robotic arm is designed and analyzed the DH parameters and kinematics model and also calculates the arms’ movement by simulation software. The arm can be programmed by doing the application of the sensors. Basically the sensors can calculate the space between the robotic arm and the object that can be used as a response to the micro-controller component. With the help of this feedback achieved the micro-controller makes a decision, the movement of the motor to proficiently make a choice and consign the object or pick and place.
