Performance Improvement of Existing Tricycle

Abstract

Freight tricycles are a common mode of load transportation in India especially in rural areas. As these vehicles are used in transportation of huge amount of loads their design must be such that it does not fail while transportation because in rural areas there is not much resource for repairing the damage. To avoid such problem we aim to improve the design of the freight that it does not fail and is able to transport a good amount of load, we achieve this goal using the CAD tools for designing and developing the vehicle. The designing is done using Siemen NX 10 and analysis is done on ANSYS 19.2.
