Design and Fabrication of Motorized Sintex Water Tank Cleaning Instrument (1000LITERS)

Abstract

It is already uncomfortable to get into the sintex tank and clean it. so, a customized design of a sintex cleaner that will reduce the human effort and will efficiently clean the sintex tank is developed. it mainly uses a rack and pinion drive, hard brushes, a motor and a custom-made brush to clean the inner surfaces of the tank. the cleaning mechanism also utilizes the telescopic rods on which the brushes are attached which will clean the tank’s interior surface and a custom brush is used to clean the bottom surface of the tank.
