Design and Development of Safety Mechanism for Punching Machine

Abstract

Punching machine is considered inevitable in almost all the industries like mechanical, electronic, food industries and automobile, etc. a mechanism for punching machine is developed for safety purpose of worker, reducing the cycle time of the job, minimizing workers' effort, etc. to reducing the diameter of the bowl with the help of punching machine. With respect to reducing the cycle time and safety of operator by integrating a mechanism, adding a safety mechanism for punching machine which is designed to have great control over the process of removing the processed job from punching machine which leads to a high production rate and reduces the process lead time, and increases the safety of the operator.
