In this research work, thermal analysis of fins of two-wheeler engines was carried out. Transient thermal analysis of fins was done using ANSYS and Temperature variations of the fins were recorded and analyzed. It was observed that initially, the temperature rise was slow and non-linear and after 5 seconds it increases rapidly and became almost linear, within 40 seconds temperature became 128.37ºC from 22.001ºC. After that experimental investigations were carried out to understand temperature and heat flux variations after the stop of the engine. These variations were found to be exponential with and value of the coefficient of correlation.
