Significance of Special Concept on the Design of Bank Buildings in Nigeria: A Case Study of Guaranty Trust Bank

Abstract

Human’ design and build spaces such as buildings. Prominent among these are concepts or the representations employed in higher thought. This study aimed at studying and evaluating the significance of architectural concepts on bank buildings and how it affects the perception and satisfaction of users and workers using Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) of Nigeria as case study, its special concept and impact on its growth. Structured questionnaires and direct interviews were used in three cities namely; Lagos, Ibadan and Akure. Descriptive, inferential statistics and content analysis were adopted to analyse the data collected. In conclusion their concept and belief brought them to the Zenith.
