Abstract

Off shore structures system design is pretty much different from conventional structural system. This is the need to perform structural examination of off-shore platforms system for static as well as dynamic loading of Finite Element Analysis program that may be a business computer code is employed to model the winkler and brick-full bond models and also the stress matrix considering a dynamic load was superimposed on the stiffness matrix of the structure. A time domain answer is usually recommended, to construct a program and to calculate the wave forces victimization the generalized Morison’s equation. Airy's linear and second order stake’s wave theories are needed to describe the flow of water. The results of normal and shear stress and maximum absolute displacement are compared and discussed.
