Abstract

With increasing quality of life compared to the past, life expectancy in the elderly has increased. With the increase of the elderly community in any country, there is a possibility of increasing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer's, dementia, etc. According to the plans of the World Health Organization to achieve successful aging, it seems that one of the main obstacles to achieving this goal in society is the existence of chronic diseases in the elderly and as a result of disorders in healthy and active aging. This letter suggests solutions that can help achieve successful aging in society.
